Our goal was to optimize both the interface and overall user experience to ensure friendliness, transparency, and efficiency across all touchpoints.
By applying design principles of consistency, accessibility, usability, and sustainability, VGDS helps enhance the performance and effectiveness of digital public services nationwide.
